No weird extra steps or clunky process, which I appreciate because I’m kind of tired of every little thing feeling like a whole customer service project lately.

One time the time I wanted was already full, so I tried the waitlist instead. They texted me when something opened up, and confirming it was simple. It made dinner plans way less annoying than I expected, so yeah, definitely a good experience overall

I stopped by Panini Kabob Grill and, shockingly, the seating was actually comfortable. The chairs didn’t feel like they were designed as a punishment, and the tables had enough space that we weren’t playing elbow hockey the whole meal.
The booth did start to feel a little snug after a while, because apparently comfort has a time limit, but it wasn’t anything that ruined the visit. Overall, it was a nice spot to sit, eat, and not feel rushed. I’d give it 4 stars.
